The rooftop bar was a definite highlight. The central location made exploring very easy. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful (a real plus, in my view).

The elevators seemed a bit slow at times.

The location was quite central, a definite plus. I found it easy to access nearby attractions (I walked almost everywhere). The staff were also helpful with directions.

The elevators were a bit slow and small (a common issue in older buildings). the rooftop bar was quite crowded. It was difficult to find seating during peak hours. The music was also quite loud.

The beds featured soft, king-size dimensions which greatly contributed to a restful sleep. Modern furniture included conveniently placed electric outlets for various devices. The staff responded promptly and efficiently to all requests. I found the central location ideal. Everything was easily accessible without reliance on taxis or other transport.

I noticed the lifts were somewhat slow and occasionally confusing to operate, which caused minor delays.
